Tabata Bootcamp

A fitness class with short bursts to maximize calorie burning.

GREAT FOR ALL ABILITIES & NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!!

This is a high intensity class with intervals, cross training, cardio drills, weight training and stretching for cool down. You will experience the benefits of an increased fitness level, weight loss, reduced blood pressure, endorphin release to elevate mood.

All levels welcome, instructor will assist in offering options for fitness levels. Please bring a jump rope and yoga mat if possible.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR IS REBECCA QUIGLEY.

Some yoga mats are available, but you are strongly encouraged to bring your own.
