Instructions on How to Register:

Choose one of the four ways to register below:

1.) Print off registration form, fill it out, mail it and your payment to CSAPR 204 E. Muskegon, Cedar Springs 49319.

2.) Print off registration form or pick one up at the CSPS Administration Building, fill it out, and put it and your payment in our drop box located outside the main entrance to the CSPS Administration building. The drop box is available 24 hours a day and is secure.

3.) Register in person during daytime business hours at the CSPS Administration Building in the Parks and Recreation office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

4.) Register in person during our evening business hours at the CS Middle School Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday 6:00-8:30pm when programs are running.
