Instructions on How to Register:

Choose one of the following ways:

1.) Go online to https://client.pointandpay.net/web/CedarSpringsAreaParksandRecreationMI and select the program you are wanting to register for then bring your receipt with you to the programs first meeting.

2.) Print off registration form, fill it out, mail it and your payment to CSAPR 204 E. Muskegon, Cedar Springs 49319.

3.) Register in person during daytime business hours at the CSPS Administration Building in the Parks and Recreation office on Monday through Wednesdays.

4.) Bring to the CS Middle School during evening hours of the school year. (We are typically there Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 6:00pm-8:30pm)
