HOW TO REGISTER FOR PROGRAMS

There are four options for registering for programs

1.     Print off registration form, fill it out, mail it and your payment to CSAPR 204 E Muskegon, Cedar Springs 49319

2.     Print off registration form or pick one up at the CSPS Adminsitration Building, fill it out, and put it and your payment in our drop box located outside

the main entrance to the CSPS Administration Building. It is available 24 hours a day and is secure.

3.   Register in person during daytime business hours at the CSPS Adminsitration Building in the Parks and Recreation office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (daily hours not available in summer)

4.     Register in person during our evening business hours at the CS Middle School Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6-8:30pm until June 24th.

Daytime: Summer Hours for 2009 will be varying due to the maternity leave of the director

Phone, Email and Mail will be checked weekly and responded to at  the quickest availability

Evening: Monday and Wednesday  6-8:30pm (until June 24th)
